Oregon Coast

This past weekend we went to the Garibaldi on the Oregon Coast. Our Weissenbuehler grandparents live there. Grandma Winnie had knee surgery, and so Ericka's mother has been there with her and we all decided to take a quick trip. It was nice to get away even if it was only for a day and a half. We were able to go boogie-boarding, and the water only was cold for a few minutes until we were numb. We also went to Tillamook Cheese Factory and bought ice cream. We had delicious seafood--tuna wrapped in bacon and shrimp. We were able to meet up with the McIver's (Ericka's dad's cousin and her family) and Uncle Don Seable. Robert McIver is from England and Syndi is Don's daughter. The McIver's live in Oregon, and Uncle Don has a beach house near Garibaldi. The McIver cousins are so fun: Stewart, Lauren, Abby, and Jessica. It was Jessica's birthday on the 3rd and Ericka's on the 4th.
For Ericka's birthday we went to PF Chang's in Boise. KJ, Ericka's brother, bought us dinner. Ericka also got flowers and an exercise bar she wanted from her parents. Micah has something for her to come! She can't wait!! :)
